who got all of the rain and snow ?

I was In Richfield this last week and I know the up sigurd canyon at the sand ledges they got over 3 feet of snow tues and about a foot on thrusday which cause them to close the canyon both nights due to wind and drifts. But the mountains needed it so it was a welcomed site.
