this is my sugestion. after tangling with them large golden fishes this 14 lb class reel will do the job. there is a larger modle of this reel. both are well under your price range.
for the price you are talking you can buy two of these reels.
I would strongly sugest a 30 lb class large eyed spinning rod for these fish and dont forget your cow bell [
