[cool][#0000ff]We enjoy fish, and so do all of our other local family members. As a published author on fish cookology, I know plenty of ways to prepare fish so that it is not always the "same ol' same ol'". [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]My "kitty krispies" are a big favorite with our family and I get lots of requests for fish fries. The small channels from Willard are extremely plentiful and very good eating, so we do not feel badly about keeping a limit now and then.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I have watched in amazement over the years as consumers have "discovered" first one species, and then another. it is good for commercial fishermen but bad for the species when sudden high demand raises both harvest and price per pound. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Salmon has long been the "quality standard" of the fish eating public, but I have at least 10 to 20 other species that I would prefer over salmon, if I had a choice. Show me the price tag on that salmon and it ain't gonna get bought by my mother's son. Too much other good fish at a more reasonable price per pound...even when you factor in the price of tackle and gas.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Glad you liked the reeport.[/#0000ff]
