I know at low tide, the water goes WAY out off of Apache pier. It shouldn't be hard to scrape barnacles off the pilons by hand off that pier. I bet you didn't even think about it. LOL Most people don't. Alot of sheepshead anglers I know don't like fooling with barnacles, but when nothing else is around, something is better than nothing. []
