Hoobie,yes there is bluegill and crappie in there and there is a lot of private property,both obove and below the dam.When i fish below the dam I usually fish around the powerplant and above the dam I will put my boat in at Cache Jct. and head west towards the dam!!"BIG FISH RULE"M.H.[
