Thanks Capt. Joe, I'm sure that there are many guides who put a client before his wallet. I've always thought that if it were me that was taking the charter how would I want to be treated in certain situations by the guide. I to guarantee fish but I want to be sure that the client is satisfied with the trip and the catch, some guys expect more fish than others, but I find that most of the time it's not how many fish that are in the box but the quality of the trip. If you work hardest when the going is tough that is all a client will expect and will be satisfied with the outcome no matter how it turns out. Knowing what your client expects, especially your regulars, can help make many a successful trip and many more re-bookings.[
