You are right Lunkerhunter but some of the CWMU's can be good areas to draw if the land owners are cool. For example, if you draw a Deseret bull elk tag then you will have to be escorted by a guide and he will pretty much detemine what you kill. If you draw a Hell canyon or Guildersleeve CWMU tag than any bull elk you can find is fair to take, and you get to hunt on your own. The down side is they only give you a few days so unless you know the area very well, you might not find a trophy.
