Looking for an antlerless area

my kid drew the deseret tag last year they treted him great all lodging food guide included, he had five days. killed a nice bull,345 it was his first elk,hell if he hadnt had the guide hed have killed a spike he was so damn excited. just depend on your opperator,some are all about themseves.
