I hate to throw this at ya,
You need to check the laws in your state regarding boat motors. there are a number of states now that 4 stroke motors are the only type allowed. More and more states are joining in this regulation every year.
by the name I am guessing it is a pre 60's motor. back in the day every body was having motors made, sears, munky wards, chrylser and the list goes on.
the oil used to run those motors was straight motor oil gas mix, not two cycle. the out put of polutants is astounding, smoke, oil, gas,....
