well I worked up till dark thirty today.
I made some head way, dispite the muff up I discribed earlier.
[ul] [li]I have the horn mounted and hard wired in[/li] [li]I have the front navigation light finishe wired in[/li] [li]I have the ancor light finished wired in[/li] [li]I have the wire harnesses in protective casing and strapped in place[/li] [li]I have the switch/fuse box wired and mounted in[/li] [li]I have the horn button mounted, I just need to splice in a fuseable link for a 5 amp fuse, just could not find it at the moment, maybe I will look for it later on tonight....[/li][/ul]
I still need to run the hook ups for the motors and put alligator clips (jumper cable style clips) for the wire harnes so if something happens and the battery goes flying it dosnt rip out my harnesses. I still have to sand the seats break down the shap factory corners then give it one more coat of tompsons water seal.. I need to pick up a fire extinguisher and a peice of pvc for it and a peice of pvc for a holder for my ancor light when not in use... "Ya my ancor light is a plug in,, that is way so cool...
the back seat that looked white in comparison to the other two seats is darking up, it dosnt look as much as a stick out as it did before.
that will be all the work I do to the boat this year, the paint job will have to wait till next year.
the trailer will get a little more attention yet this year, it needs to have new lights, the old ones are new, but are not submersable to that is a must, and it will have to have a jack installed, that is a must.....

[#ff0000]*****[/#ff0000] note on the light conections I used cap conectors insted of crimpable conectors, reason is because and I am sure most every one knows the amount of traffic that rowboats get so stepping on any perminate wires is unavoidable, so if they get hit they will be easily reconected while out on the water, I will put a drop of liquid tape on every nut to make them water tight but still allow for minimum damage sould wires come disconected... I am almost ready for the 16 species contest... Woo Hoo,, Big Fish look out! Here I come...[cool]
