I know the place. Use shrimp, pinfish, or white plugs like rapalas or something, AT NIGHT, for tarpon. You won't land many, if any, from the bridge, but you'll crap your pants a few times when you hook one. And you may already know this, but hang a partially filleted cuda in the water, with current, and you'll draw every shark within 2 miles of where that cuda is. They love 'em.
Be careful now that tarpon are around. I've been seeing 12-foot bull sharks every night, and hammerheads bigger than that during the morning hours. They're chasing 100 pound tarpon for a snack!
