They started off on the front and after loosing several fish to getting stuck in the prop, switched, but what ever works for you is the right way.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]I do wanna point out, that a pontoon pulls better than pushes, but I am sure you already know that.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]Everything you strive for can be achieved with the motor on the back. A little modification, but you will be doing that to mount it to the front.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]#1. I can tilt my motor or even raise it up[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]#2. With about $15. mod. I can put the control anywhere I want.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]#3. Same as no. 2[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]#4. Put the battery righ5t behind your seat and slide the fram forward, it will balance out.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060][/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]I am not trying to pick a fight or stir the pot, just giving you options.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]The main motor on a boat is on the back. I know that trolling motors are on the front, but they are for fine tuning like your feet and flippers, plus I know a boat will go foward better, but the motor is out of the way of everything.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]Check out photos section, I added some.[/#bf0060]
[#bf0060][/#bf0060]
[#bf0060]Final note....WHAT IS RIGHT IS WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU![/#bf0060]
