Carp have been known to strike a small meat morsel from time to time but you will generally have better results with sweeter objects.

Most Carp have a sweet tooth. Sweet bread ball (like King Hawaiin) work well. Making your own dough ball mix can work too. Corn is good, Apple chunks, grapes etc.....

We do have soem carp bait recipes on the recipe board. The majority of them have been submitted by members that have used them for success.[cool]
