New PVC Tool Rack

[#0000ff]I think it is used more for sprinkler systems than for interior plumbing applications. You may try looking at a sprinkler supply place too.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]For this particular project, using schedule 40 won't make too much difference in weight, and since you are not putting rod handles in it, the narrower inside diameter of the thicker walled 40 won't make a difference.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]The big thing is to select the tools you want to take out with you and then custom fit them to the tubes with a dremel tool and rotary 1/2" drum sander head.[/#0000ff]
