] When I say "float rig" I mean a King rig. If the wind is going the right direction though, I will toss a balloon rig out and let the wind carry it out a hundred yards or so from the pier. I'm going to elaborate on king fishing later on when I have more time. There are alot of tactics many king anglers don't take into consideration that i'm going to cover.
