[cool][#0000bf]The extra PVC is a tie down rack to attach to the top of my vehicle, and to secure to the existing cartop carrier. Actually, I only put it on the vehicle once. I found that the natural contour of the toon fit my rack just fine.[/#0000bf]

[#0000bf]Here are some more pics of the helper wheel. The guy I bought the toon from had it rigged with screw down clamps. They worked fine, but I always gotta mess with things. So, I rigged it up with a push together PVC setup. Easy on and easy off.[/#0000bf]
