I have a question regarding the location of my trolling motor and my transducer for my pontoon. I have my transducer mounted on the back of my boat on a PVC pipe, and I want to put a trolling motor on the boat as well. I want the TM on the back of the boat so it doesn't get in the way when I want to pitch and flip.
The question is will the trolling motor being so close to the transducer create problems with the depth finder giving accurate readings or will it cause a lot of interferrence?
