[#588000][size 3]I think this one was missed, but I use Bacon cause of the flavor plus the grease to keep it moist. Some people will use butter, but bacon has such a good flavor and does the same thing.[/size][/#588000]
[#588000][size 3]If I get lucky enough to keep a fish (an old man thing) I prefer very fresh, gut it, stick raw bacon, some garlic seasoning and a wedge of lemon. Wrap it up in foil and throw it on an open fire or a BBQ. The best! Specially with the NON STICK FOIL[laugh][/size][/#588000]
