1. Maybe an Army surplus store
2. Find a place where they do sky dive trips, and you'll be right where you need to be to find the supplies. [cool] I'm sure you've got somewhere locally that does sky diving, or atleast close by in your area. Give them a call and find out where they get thier stuff. They'd be happy to let you know.
