Comcast, hands down. I use it a lot and I mean a lot. Both my wife and I work from home, have 3 lines using VoIP on a consistent basis, and have plenty of bandwidth to spare. I had problems up until I got rid of their video service; it seemed being at the very end of their line and having all of their services was a recipe for disaster. Here is an example of their speed from a fresh speed test. I wish there was more upload speed but for home use it is screaming.
