Willard Bay Wiper Tournament

If there is going to be a wiper tournament at willard someone needs to select a date so that arrangements can be made so we have the use of the facilites on the date chosen. The longer we wait the harder it will be to reserve the facilities. If it is open to boating then pick a date and hope for good water conditions. If mother nature doesn't cooperate then we can always cancel until next year. We can't until may and then decide to go ahead. gshorthair
