I also would want to keep it at willard even if I had to fish from a smaller craft,at current water levels I have launched and was able to get out of the marina,keep in mind though my reference is the pictures that have been on the board lately,by late March into April water levels could be fine,Lets keep the tradition and fish for wipers.
