LOL, well Jen, i'm sure you know what my first tip is going to be.................Ditch the bass boat and get a V-hull next time you go for striper in Lake Texoma. [

I feel your pain on the trip though. I don't know how many times i've been turned around due to foul water conditions. It's a costly tragedy for me, as the ride to the water alone is two hours. Along with a wasted day of being stuck in the inlet, I pay for it in gas, bait, and low moral. LOL, but that's fishin'. A simple change in the wind direction and speed is all it takes to make short work of an anglers day.
I take it the stripers you're targeting are land locked, maybe some of our Utah dudes and dude'ets will jump in. Stripers and hybrids are religeous over there.[cool]
