LOL, still a monster compared to a regular flounder. If you get a five or six pounder, that's a beast. The largest i've ever seen was a 10 pounder, what I like to call a "door mat." The largest flounder i've ever caught was 6 pounds 7 ounces. I still hold the record for second largest flounder caught on Myrtle Beach State Park Pier. I'm pretty sure Summer flounder are the largest, and I think the world record isn't much more than around 11 or 12 pounds. Maybe Gregg will jump in on this one, he's the inshore master. [
