[cool][#0000ff]Go to the soup section of a well-stocked store. There will be different soup bases and soup mixes. Knorr is the company that makes most of the bouillon...beef, chicken, tomato...AND SHRIMP. There are probably others ,but those are the only ones I use.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]If you have difficulty finding it in your neighborhood chain store, try some of the "specialty" or ethnic markets. Reams has it in the SL areas, in some of their stores. You can also find it in Mexican or oriental markets. I get it both in the little bouillon cubes and in a bottle of powdered mix. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]That stuff is great in soups and for flavoring rice or noodles. You can just sprinkle the powder onto something, but the cubes are designed to be cooked into a soup. I like to add a bit of the powder to melted garlic butter for dipping steamed or poached fish. Makes it taste just like shrimp. Also good to sprinkle on oven broiled fish.[/#0000ff]
