F&G Fish managment plan being updated

We found the fishing to be tad slow at Daniels. Got pretty good later in the day around 3:00 but it was slow before that. Ice was around 6" thick. I Glad to hear ID isn't thinking about going to a 365 day license. Utards aren't a good example of how a state fish and wildlife ought to be run or they wouldn't all be in Idaho. Brian is right it doesn't benefit the cat that fishes 12 months of the year anyway. Devils Crick had quite a bit of open water on the upper end. Can't wait for that tourney. Can't fish on Sunday though say I got to get the big one on Saturday.
