Like Bill I was not for it at all. I am positively with out any doubts against it ever being extended beyond November 30th. I would vote if I had a vote to go back to the end of October. My wife votes that way too

Some of the other locals are the ones that are talking and asking about the extended season.
I trust Damon and he will do right by the lake. He is a great person to watch over the lake. They are not talking about any extension on the season. It was pretty easy to watch this year as there wasn't alot of safe ice. Give it a month of safe ice and word gets out then you will have the problem.
In addition to this issue like any other lake or river we as sportsmen need to help out when wrong doing is taking place to call it in. There are other things to watch that could seriously impact the fishery too. I seen several other miss deads on the lake this year. I will report and Damon gets on top of it right away. Usually he already knows about it.
Like I said Damon is great to watch the fishery and work with those that have a desire to keep the fishery awesome.
