I noticed that the registration said it was a 3 horsepower in-board/out-board?! WHAT! They had no idea how to license these when we first started putting motors on them. Pontoons were even more confusing. She kept asking me for my title for the toon, I gave her the sales slip, but she kept insisting, that wasn't enough, it didn't state who it was sold to.[/size][/font]
