[#0000ff]If you use only a single color eye on a solid color background, that is fairly easy. Just whittle and sand down a small stick until it produces the size eye you need. It will generally need to be smaller than the eye because the paint expands the dot.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]If you want to make a white or chartreuse background (white) and a black or red "pupil", then you will need two sticks...one larger than the other. Use the larger one for the "white" and the smaller one for the pupil after the first dot dries.[/#0000ff]
