I respect your point of view,but I still disagree with you.I just dont feel the same.I guess I feel like if its your time to go then its your time to go..There was a head on collision on 1-15 up by willard last week,my cousin who was on the sceen asked me if I heard of all of the talk about installing baracades or the cable baracades to help from this happening agian.Well he was talking to his boss and they can recall only two head on's that they can remeber (15yrs+) that has occured,but people want to spend millions of dollars on these baracades because of the head on.I think this is relevent to the PFD law.Also my cousin has said he has seen deaths from seatbelts,but does belive they save lives.In saying this no matter what you do to prevent somthing will always happen.When you look at the percentages its very very low,just like a plane crashing and noone had parachutes on why not make that a law..well its not practical.Do I belive PFD's are practical..yes..Do I belive small boats (aluminum boats) should require wear at all times yes..I grew up on a small alum boat that my grandpa would take me out on at the berry,and ALWAYS we had are PFD's on,He also taught me how to work the waves in a small boat to give you the best chance to get out of danger.Like I have said before I cannot count the times I have watched or seen those little boats over packed with people up there and on other lakes.Maybe parks and rec,fish and game should be out patrolling more and stopping that from happening before getting to a PFD law for everyone.
