mine did not, but I bought mine at a traid show years ago, you may want to drop them an email and ask them.

My self, I would pay the extra couple bucks to by an additional glo. I have used mine and will have to replace it some time soon, but it will be a long time before I have to replace my other colors, But I dont do a whole lot of jigs heads either...
