[#0000ff]Comcast is not alone in having communication problems. It seems like all companies are "outsourcing" this service to remote call centers...like India. It becomes so frustrating to try to communicate with someone who does not even speak English. One of these days consumers will revolt and companies who disregard customer service issues will be left without customers.[/#0000ff]
