[cool][#0000ff]We have Comcast too. A while back we were off line. I talked to several different "techies" and each had a different reason why we were off line. I got suggestions about buying new hubs and routers and went through the complete shut down several times.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Finally, I called a local number and told them to come get their equipment, that I was going to change providers. When I told them the story they said that service to my area was down for about another hour, due to a storm. Why can't they tell their people that instead of wasting several hours trying to get an answer?[/#0000ff]
