Now that is so true...I have done an independent pole...and Id say 8 out of 10 drivers encountered that are presenting some type of hazard (driving to slow.. to fast.. lane change w/out signal etc)... are on the phone...

I am betting they will move faster than they ever have in their lives... and a driveby.. bullets would bounce off those tires...
