wormandbobber I'll try to find out more info in a few weeks. When I was by Koosharem in April it was flooded almost to the road. I went back through there a few weeks ago for the hunt on Fishlake. I was telling my brother in law in Salina how low Koosharem got from April to September. He said a guy from the DWR in their Headquarters or up north office named Scowgard that told a few guys on the water board they might as well drain it down this Fall because a bunch of fly fishermen in Salt Lake City were going to have it changed to be like Strawberry. That is all I know. He thought it was weird that somebody from the DWR would say that but I guess this guy used to live there when he was a kid and didn't want to see it have a slot or lures only. I will try to find out more when I go for the Spike hunt in a few weeks I am hunting with my bro in law and Ill ask him again.
