Problems with this website?

I use Google as a search engine & Internet Explorer as browser. I am also on The Blue Zone with 1 Meg down loads & this is the only site I have been having difficulty with. My Virus software is up to date and is updated daily, on every turn on. I have an agressive firewall, anti-virus, and spyware & adware protection. I just updated this to the latest version a month ago. I've tried the refresh with both the F5 key and the refresh icon, at times I have to go select something else to get to the message boards and still its 5X and then it works. I just cleaned out the cookies and the temp registers again and will reboot for the Nth time and we'll see what happens this time.
