Cooked in the Cast Iron pans right? It looks sooooooo good and I was trying to do the Scratch and Sniff thing on the screen...
How and what was used to cook those trouts?

Tube Dude is the chef around here. I just roll them in flour or corn meal and fry them in a quarter inch of Canola oil.

Yes, it's a cast iron pan. I like using it. Those trout were good.
