Trout and corn facts

Corn is illegal here in Utah. Trout do not digest the complex carbohydrates in corn, their digestive systems are too short for that. They evolved to digest protein in the form of bugs, other fish, fish eggs, etc. They are carnivores, so I don't have a clue why they like corn so much.
