Boy does that look good down near those weedy shallows.
You know there's a stream coming into a lake that size.
With a drop off, just into the lake from the stream.
And something big waiting for a Bi-vizable or a Horse tail.
A lake like that is just aching for somebody to find the 'high spot' out nearer the deep part of the lake.
Then you cast those nymph's into the deep, and mooch them up the slant toward the surface.
Imitating something inching it's way up to the surface.
A nice quiet evening of that, and I'd be ready to take on the world again.
I'm afraid if I got out there in your Tube, the R n' R effect would take over, and I'd go sound to sleep.
Dry Rod, someday you'll have to take the Western Route through B.C. on your way up to Alaska.
B.C. and the Yukon territory has some lakes like you've photo'd.
I always wanted to stop and fish, but never did.
