Nice report and great pics. I especially like the daybreak one. That is truly a magical time of the day. Your photo captured it perfectly. That time is surely better than later when the witless, mannerless, clueless clowns show up. Utter disregard for their fellow man. Ya sometimes gotta wonder what we'll be in a generation with these bozos polluting the gene pool. I best leave it at that though as getting wound up over it solves nothing. Where's the pond sherriff when you need him? Maybe FG is right. He's off checking the licenses of those he can catch more easily because they observe the law.
Having said that however, about two or three weeks ago during the heat wave I took my grandkids to a lake here in town to cool off. There was a sherriff's boat out giving tickets to the joy riders who buzzed the swimmers too closely. Did my heart good! I think there were some others around me that shared my view given that they were looking on with
s. It was fun to watch the speeders recede (slowly) into the distance, rooster tails at half mast, with tickets in hand. One of the very few times in life when the perps get what they have coming.
