Pretty good idea and almost looking like what I thought of. I made mine out of the chalk line and got a brass for a weight. It takes off for the bottom when I press on the handle very fast! Got to hold on the thing! Last time my son didn't really take my warnings about it going to pop out of his hands and he lost it at the blink of the eye! Then that's why I add a loop so it can be hooked to the tube rather than flying away! When u want to move to another spot just reel it in and again that's fast coming in! Since I got those nice fins and I noticed I can control staying in one spot. I haven't gave those fins a try in a windy day to see yet.... Hope the photo shows....
