You couldn't have picked a better place to have your maiden voyage than Rock Cliffs. Easy launch, nice scenery, great fishing, and no problems with the power squadron (wakeless area). Also, the ospreys will occasionally join you as fishing companions and show us how it is done. (3 were there Saturday evening) Wait till you hook up with a big smallie and it is towing you around. I think that is my favorite part of fishing out of a tube or toon. You are at "fish level" and it seems to be more of a "hand to fin" battle when tied into a quality fish than it is fishing out of a boat or from shore. See you up at RC soon.
