I never have to make excuses with my wife...she already agreed from day one of our marriage to let me go whenever I wanted...in fact, some days when I wasn't even planning on going she suggests that "today would be a great day to go fishing"...well we all know any day on the water is a great day to be fishing...

hmmmmmm...now that I think of it, maybe I better go late this afternoon for a little steelhead action in the streams.
