to be honest ive only night fished a couple of times. the other night we were in a 15 foot deep bay and fly fishing for cutts that were jumping and rolling all around us. i dont think there were too many kokes in there! i imagine night fishing for kokes would be tough this time of year because the plankton wont be gathered up like it is during light hours. this means the kokes will be spread out and not feeding as much. (at least i assume) when they arent feeding they arent as aggressive. perhaps when they are in there aggressive spawn mode they could be irritated into the night? maybey someone on the board can chime in... if theyve tried this.
