Well Daniel, the use of topwater plugs and lures really depends on the situation. Alot of anglers use top water lures for Red Drum, snook, bone fish, black drum, and anything else you might find in shallow water.
Top water plugs are also deadly on top feeding stripers and even on schooling bluefish around the getties.
