Just because the law says "you can do it" does not mean it is the right thing to do. I would not operate my vehicle with a .07 BAC and I would not harvest a record Muskie or any other fish species even though the law says I can! (Well maybe a big striper at Powell)

But I know there are others who would feel compelled to do both.

There are consumptive and conservative users of our game fish oppurtunities in Utah. I prefer to be conservative and I can respect those who choose to be consumptive but I will do my best to persuade them to join the conservation side.
