Lighter Fishing Line
#1
When I'm fishing for bass in local lakes and canals I like to use a lighter lb test fishing line because its easier to cast my favorite lures and works better....I have had a devil of a time however tying my lures and hooks though. I never have any trouble at all with heavier lb test lines like 12 lb test or heavier....but I seem to break my knots very easily when tying lures with my 8 lb test line. It takes me a good 6 or 7 attempts at tying a knot to finally get one that feels like it will hold when fish bites.

Im using the loop and tie once then loop several times and ties on top of that method and it has worked for me for ALL my saltwater adventures or times when using heavier lb test line...anyone have some suggestions??
