Thank is a good size fish... Our new Utah record was set last fall at 16 lb 4 oz. Splake grow fast and you should expect to see 15lb fish within ten years. At Joes Valley Resevoir in Utah, the locals regularly catch splake in the 10 lb range. Watch out for bigger fish to come
