Diamond Fork Poachers Caught

If I'm not mistaken, any felon (regardless of the crimes nature) is prohibited from own or using a firearm. However, that hasn't kept them (felons) from applying and getting big game general season licenses. Several news stories about this last year here in Utah. Fix this problem and the rest of us would have a slightly better chance of drawing a premium tag.
