I haven't fished it lately but I'll tell you what I know. I fished it last year just after ice off in March. It wasn't hard to catch the recently planted trout. The water was still cold so I didn't make much of an effort to catch the other species that I have heard are in there (perch, LM bass and crappie). The last few springs it has been planted with 5,000 rainbows and it hasn't been planted later in the year.
